Beyond physical exercise, yoga brought me mental and emotional wellness. After completing hot yoga teacher training in 2007 in Hawaii I came back to Orlando and began teaching right away. I opened the studio in 2009 to create a space where students can truly have a safe and healing place in the hot room.
