Gianna Chisari

Gianna chisari has over 500hrs of training. she has been teaching yoga for 6 years. Gianna believes yoga is medicine, relaxation is productive, and wants to share the practice with whoever she can! When she is not teaching yoga she is traveling, exploring nature, walking on stilts, or snuggling her cat. For the yin class she is incorporating Tibetan singing bowls, rain stick, and essential oils.
