I took an active interest in all aspects of health and movement at a young age. I believe that what we focus on grows stronger; my path has led me to share the tools to help people create life-enhancing fitness and lifestyle habits. Now I’m a Hot Pilates instructor and I love to spread joy and positivity through my classes.
