Hot Flow is a full body workout designed to build balance, strength and flexibility. It is flow-based, focusing on sun salutations, warriors, lunges, hip-opening, core work etc. Modifications are offered to suit all levels of experience. *Please note: the special is ONLY valid for Hot Flow and Yin Yoga classes.
